Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 7u7 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 7u7 and the user.
These Terms & Conditions apply only to legally eligible adults in Bangladesh (aged 18 or above). Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate account termination.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform. 7u7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
To create an account on 7u7, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each person may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited — if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and any balance may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing, renting, or selling your account to others is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
7u7 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to notify us in a timely manner.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with the following rules while using the platform. Any attempt at fraud, cheating, or manipulation is strictly prohibited. Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools for betting or gaming is not permitted. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users is prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on 7u7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Multiple deposit and withdrawal methods are supported, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank cards. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed in the payments section of your account.
Deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded once completed, unless a technical error has resulted in a duplicate charge. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes, and no longer than 24 hours.
Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed. Failure to meet the requirements may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
7u7 does not charge any payment processing fees; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges. An inactivity fee may apply to accounts with no activity over an extended period — you will be notified in advance.

Limitation of Liability
7u7 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, network issues, or third-party service providers. In the event of force majeure — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives — 7u7 is not obligated to provide any compensation for service interruptions.
Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. Users are solely responsible for any winnings or losses incurred.

7u7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or involvement in illegal activities. Any remaining balance will be handled according to the circumstances at the time of closure.
Users may close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is deactivated. Re-registration may be available after a voluntary account closure.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 7u7 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under 7u7's intellectual property rights. Using, copying, or distributing this content without prior written permission is prohibited. Game content remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers.
